Our third annual team meeting will be held in Davis, CA. We will cover research updates and advance our outreach program. Early career scientists and Directors will meet before the meeting. Poster session will be held in the evening of Thursday, Sept. 21 at Plant and Environmental Sciences (PES). A day of research and planning will be held at the Putah Creek Lodge on Friday, Sept. 22.

Wednesday evening: 6pm Bistro 33

Thursday: Plant and Environmental Sciences Building, 3001

You can walk or drive. From Aggie Inn it's .6 mi. 


Friday: Putah Creek Lodge

A 1.2 mile walk along the Arboretum or a short drive to a parking lot and crossing the creek to get to the building, Putah Creek Lodge will provide a thoughtful retreat experience. 


Parking Information

If you have a staff/faculty level parking permit from any UC, you can park for free at UC Davis. 
Alternatively, you can purchase visitor permits at dispensers in any of the lots near our conference. We will reimburse you for the parking permit. 

Thursday, Sept. 21 -- Plant and Environmental Sciences Building

With UC Permit: park in VP 15P 14, and the Quad Parking Structure
With purchased visitor permit: park in VP 15 and the Quad Parking Structure (not first floor)

Friday, Sept. 22 -- Putah Creek Lodge

It is recommended that you do not follow google directions. With UC Permit or purchased visitor permit: park in VP PCL


Carpooling is encouraged. Please save all paper reciepts. Reimbursement information will be shared with all attendees. 

If you registered for a hotel room, we are all staying at the Aggie Inn. They will have a rooming list at the front desk when you check in. A complimentary breakfast is available on site. The Aggie Inn is located 245 1st Street, Davis, CA.

A key feature of this year's retreat is the poster session. Posters that have been printed at UC Merced will be brought to PES 3001 where the poster boards are. A list of posters with locations for hanging them will be provided in the attendee information. Poster presentation guidelines
